Just as with finishing a new-build apartment or house, we carry out renovations based on our own interior design.
We begin with a visit to the property and a detailed discussion about your needs. Next, we estimate the budget required for the project and prepare a preliminary cost estimate.
If the preliminary estimate meets your expectations, we will sign a contract covering both the design and the execution of the renovation.

Preparation
We begin by designing a new functional layout to determine the necessary preparatory work.
To avoid unknowns, the premises must be thoroughly inspected. In some cases, it may be necessary to commission exploratory surveys to assess the structure and load-bearing capacity of the ceiling, as well as the constraints regarding the depth of new piping, flooring installation, and wall construction.
Next, we will compile a detailed list of preparatory works required to bring the premises to a "developer standard" (shell and core) condition.

Implementation
We are moving to the stage where we will provide services such as:
- removal and disposal of old furniture, equipment, and fixtures
- chipping off plaster and tiles
- removing flooring
- breaking up floor screed
- replacing electrical wiring
- replacing sewage pipes
- demolishing walls and erecting new ones
- plastering
- laying new flooring
Once work of this type has been completed, we can proceed to the next stage.
Finishing
Once the premises have been adapted to the new layout and all the work is complete, we move on to the interior finishing stage. This proceeds in exactly the same way as it would for a new property in developer-standard condition.
