House of colors
A 94 sq m developer-finished apartment in the heart of Wrocław.
The investors were an expat couple from India and Italy, planning to move into their new, colorful home with a baby and a cuddly beagle.
The clients desired an environment of contrasts and materials that evoked home. This is why the kitchen countertop from Italian manufacturer Santa Margherita was a key element of the design. The bathroom tiles and the colors of the furniture fronts echo its décor.
Many amenities aren't visible in the photos, but the apartment is equipped with an extensive smart home system, allowing control of virtually every element – from the lights and blinds to the door lock.
